“No money could replace me going back to how I felt mentally and physically before I joined your programme”

First up well done Lewys on this awesome transformation physically and more importantly mentally.

Lewys was on a hybrid programme which means he had the chance to work with me 3 times a week plus I set his nutrition and training programme to get him where he wanted to be and way beyond what he originally thought was possible.

The question I asked lewys was:

If I gave you a blank cheque and you could put anything on there and receive that money

But in turn you would go back to how you looked and felt before signing up with my coaching forever

His answer was
£0 I never want to go back looking and feeling like that

Impossible to put a price on it mate.. you have helped me physically and more importantly mental.

Was in a bit of a bad place before I started with you.

Loved the boxing and the workouts you set for me

Diet wise I tried so many things but was going around in circles which made me lose confidence.

My awareness around foods and training is now incredible.

I seen how good your coaching was when you helped loads of my family members and knew you was the man to help me out of the rut I was in.

Looking forward to my stag doo and wedding soon then onto the next stage of programme to keep improving.
