Another amazing transformation from my online client from Rob
Rob struggled with his food choices and he used running as his training but was unhappy with how he looked and how he felt and thats when he come to me to take his mind and body to a whole new level.
So we set a plan for him to train at home and nutrition targets to help him lose body fat
Which as you can see in the pictures that he trusted the progress and absolutely nailed it

I Started this year with a few different goals, from dry January, 56 mile running challenge in February to 10,000 steps a day for 120 consistent days.
I wanted to get to get in better shape. I spoke with Darren Wilson and within the call he said he would get me where I wanted to be. I started with him in March on a 12 week plan. Before that I only did a bit of running, and my nutrition was terrible. Probably my biggest issue was real poor nutrition. He set all this out for me, nutrition plan and home work outs, made it very easy to follow and was always a message away if I needed anything. If you want to see results as much as he wants you to get them then your on to a winner.
Really looking forward to the next stage of the plan.
