The JACKED Programmes are heavily focused on building muscle and losing fat. This is put together within the Bronze level coaching, based on years of getting amazing results with clients with these workouts.
Whether you’re a fitness newbie, a seasoned gym-goer, or somewhere in between, the JACKED phase 1 Programmes are designed to meet you where you are. These workouts are about pushing your limits and discovering new ones, no matter your fitness level.

How do we get you incredible results and Jacked?

Training
With 3- 5 weekly gym-based sessions (45-70 minutes each) using various strength equipment. Video demolitions within the app to make things very clear and easy to understand. There are great options for each exercise, such as changing the exercises if you can’t do certain ones for any reason.
If you’ve been training for a while, we all know various types of exercise can assist with fat loss and getting/keeping in shape. In my eyes, there is definitely a hierarchy of what should be focused on more and what should be focused on less to see the best results.
In this program, we’ll focus on strength training, the most efficient form of exercise for burning fat and maintaining muscle.
Strength training will help increase muscle mass, which can, in turn, increase your metabolism and help you burn more calories at rest. Additionally, strength training can help improve insulin sensitivity (Along with good nutrition) and help preserve muscle mass while you’re losing weight, which can help prevent a drop in metabolism as you lose the unwanted body fat. Plus, it increases testosterone, the major sex hormone in men.
The different workouts and hitting body parts from all angles will keep it exciting as your body shape changes on the road to getting Jacked.
Nutrition
The plan is put out to guarantee your individual results.
The training programme alone is great, but when you group the training along with your nutrition choices, this is where the magic happens and will get you JACKED while your confidence and energy levels go through the roof. Your calories and macros will be worked out for you to smash through your goals with meal systems to run alongside your targets. This system is easy to follow and allows you to take control and build meals based on exactly what works for you and your schedule as well as what you actually want to eat (So no more bland 1-day meal plans that you need to stick to religiously without any alterations).
You will learn lifetime habits to suit your lifestyle.
I can’t stress enough that this is not just a diet and training plan; this is high-level coaching that will get you into incredible shape physically and mentally quicker but smarter, so it sticks with you long term.
